Tom has extensive experience in construction management and mechanical consulting engineering. In his 30 years of professional experience, he was involved in various size mechanical building projects as a Project Manager and Construction Administrator. He also contributes his expertise in detailed building code analysis and code equivalency solutions to resolve unique design challenges. He is a LEED® Accredited Professional with speciality in Building Design & Construction (BD+C) and he has been involved in numerous LEED project as a LEED Project Administrator. Tom’s role on all projects includes hands-on involvement in design and supervision of the design and inspection team from the preliminary design to completion of construction.
